Outside of the REC, she works as a research assistant at the Lowe Institute of Political Economy and a tutor at the Robert Day School, and enjoys modern dance and graphic design.

Lilly is a senior at Claremont McKenna College majoring in public policy. She is especially passionate about environmental justice and climate action, having previously interned at the California Air Resources Board, The Toothpick Project, and the Benioff Ocean Science Laboratory at UCSB through the National Science Foundation. The 24-25 year will be her fourth year at the REC. Lilly is one of two student representatives on the college’s Board of Trustees Campus Planning & Facilities Committee 24-25 and a sitting board member at the Verdani Institute for the Built Environment (VIBE). In her free time she enjoys playing and listening to music, watching documentaries, and finding the best food in LA.

Aidan is a Sophomore at Claremont McKenna College studying Environment, Economics, and Policy. Broadly, His work largely revolves around using data and policy analysis to better organize solutions to societal problems. At the REC, Aidan applies this framework in projects for the Policy and Outreach team ranging from analyzing extreme heat adaptions for SoCal Edison to teaching incarcerated students with the Prison Education Project. In his free time, Aidan enjoys supporting Liverpool, running, eating chicken quesadillas, and competitive gaming.

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I am an Economics and Engineering sophomore at Claremont Mckenna College. Along with being a part of the REC, I work as lifegaurd at Roberts Pavilion and run for the CMS track and field team. I really love working at the REC since I not only get to do research on compelling topics around environmentalism but, also apply it to real-world projects.
